Open the Insights page to see your real-time monitoring dashboard. This is your command center for automate salesforce security audits in minutes.

Navigate to Dashboard for detailed data tables. Review individual events, drill into specifics, and take manual actions when needed.

Go to Settings to configure your thresholds, alert preferences (email/Slack), and automation rules. ShieldAudit works out of the box, but fine-tuning improves accuracy.

Use Team Management to add staff members with role-based access (Viewer, Editor, Admin). Control who can see data vs. who can take actions.

What Shopify data does ShieldAudit monitor?
ShieldAudit automatically monitors fires when a new order is placed and fires when an existing order is modified and gdpr: customer data export. This happens in real-time — no manual setup required.
Does ShieldAudit work with Shopify Plus?
Yes. ShieldAudit is fully compatible with Shopify Plus, including multi-store setups, custom checkout flows, and advanced API access. Enterprise features like role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logging are available on higher tiers.
Is my store data secure with ShieldAudit?
Absolutely. ShieldAudit uses encrypted database storage (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), hashes all email addresses with SHA-256, and follows SOC2 compliance standards. Data is retained for 90 days by default, configurable in Settings.
What if ShieldAudit isn't showing data?
The most common issue is missing api scopes. "Cannot initialize Shopify API Library" error on app load. Check your app settings and ensure all required permissions are granted. Contact support@kovotic.io if the issue persists.
